About I. P. L. 2012
The Indian Premier League or the I. P. L. is considered to be one of the biggest event in the field of cricket as well as the biggest Asian sporting event. The 5th season of the I. P. L. is just about to start. The scheduled start date of this major sport event in India is 4th April, 2012 and the scheduled end date is 27th May, 2012. Over a total time period of 54 days, 76 cricket matches are scheduled to be played. 12 different venues, which are located within the country, have been selected, where all of these 76 matches will be played. 9 cricket teams from all over the nation are participating in this year's I. P. L. The team of Kochi Tuskers from Kerala is not a part of I. P. L., 2012.
