Badminton Match Schedule 2012 India

The Badminton Association of India (BAI) publishes a yearly calendar for National and International Tournaments, in various categories such as Men, Women, juniors, Sub Juniors etc to be held in the country.

The dates of the qualifying matches for the tournaments are also specified. The International tournaments to be held in the country are the YONEX- SUNRISE India Open (part of the BWF World Super series), Sushant Chipalkatti Memorial India International Junior badminton Championship, Tata India International Challenge-2012, and the Syed Modi Memorial India Grand Prix Gold-2012. In India, Senior National Championships for Men & Women will be held in September and Junior Nationals for Boys and Girls (under 17 & under 19) will be held in November. A recent addition has been the Indian Badminton League. The tournament will commence sometimes later this year.
